Press Pause
A few days this week have been a struggle for me. I’ve been besieged by migraines and have lived with intense pain and nausea, especially yesterday. I luckily have migraine medication, but unluckily it has side effects, such as leaving me dazed and groggy. It has been in this state that I have pressed pause on activities, such as writing, reading, and exercising and have had to embrace rest.
Yesterday, I wanted to sit down at my art table and rework the clouds in my latest painting. My goal was to try to make them fluffy. I can’t say they are completed yet, but they are fuller than they were last week:

I love your fluffy white clouds! I hope painting them gave you some relief. So sorry that you have been in such pain, Beth. It’s good you have medication to help but not fun to have those side effects. Rest. Rest. And rest some more my friend. And make some more fluffy white clouds. Maybe a whole painting of just fluffy white clouds just for fun?
Take care Beth, I suffered migraines as part of childhood epilepsy, they certainly are debilitating. Rest well, with the clouds.
